Leading Data-Driven Innovation - Lead the exploration of innovative data projects with startups, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of emerging technologies for continuous digital transformation.

Driving Proof-of-Concept (POC) Success - Design and execute measurable POC projects in AI and VR, aligning with business goals and providing insights for successful full-scale implementation.

Creating Actionable Data Insights - Develop interactive dashboards to provide clear insights, enabling data-driven decision-making, and effectively communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Managing Strategic and Tactical Projects - Oversee global Manufacturing IT projects, ensuring standardized approaches and seamless integration of global tools for efficient digital operations.

Coordinating one or two Plants Digital Projects - Coordinate closely with plants for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with plant objectives and global standards for successful project outcomes.

R&D Collaboration on LIMS Integration - Collaborate with R&D for the integration of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), enhancing research capabilities and contributing to efficient data management processes. Elvárások / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, especially on Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Computer Science. Master’s degree in Data Engineering would be a plus.

10+ years of experience in the manufacturing process engineering.

Hands-on experience with PLC & SCADA system.

Have hands on experience in Projects and inclination to work on Data Science projects

You are a team player with result-oriented mindset, strong communication & analytical skills

You speak English on a proficient level, any other European language is advantage, especially Dutch or Hungarian Amit nyújtunk / Benefits
