Join Us as a Digital Marketing Intern! We are looking for a passionate and driven Intern to support the MOL MOVE Product owners in achieving their ambitious goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support product owners in the operation of MOL Move as an application and loyalty programme, in accordance with planned developments, as well as daily business activities.
Assist the omnichannel & design team in facilitating planning and design (and adjacent) tasks for various channels and platforms (apps, sites, other content) for MOL Digital Factory.
Help with Digital Factory’s promotional presence on various channels (e. g. website) by consolidating, or if necessary, creating content with guidance from peers, based on information from a variety of sources.
Help track and manage performance and any potential issues with our MOL Move applications for 8 countries.
Assist the team in communicating with business stakeholders regarding any of the above areas, structuring and sharing, or collecting any necessary information.
Support the analysis of Digital trends (apps, marketing, AI) and help resolve discoveries into developments or specific tasks.
Collaborate with other teams to successfully resolve any tasks or issues related to any of the above.
SKILLSET ACQUIRED IN THIS POSITION
Gaining insight into the operation and management of a multinational loyalty program and digital applications across 8 countries.
Developing communication skills in a multiethnic and cross-functional corporate environment.
Understanding how omnichannel strategies are planned and executed for various digital platforms (apps, websites, content).
Gaining hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, WebFlow in managing tasks, workflows, and information.
Learning to support digital product operations by collecting, curating, and managing content for e. g. promotional presence.
Enhancing analytical skills by researching digital trends (apps, marketing, AI) and translating insights into actionable developments.
Acquiring problem-solving skills by collaborating with teams to address issues and track application performance.
Building a foundational understanding of how IT and digital tools support business processes in retail and customer engagement, in a large corporate environment but with a startup-like mindset.
SKILLSET EXPECTED IN THIS POSITION
Ongoing higher educational studies related to business, technology, commerce or related fields
Native affinity towards digital services (online, mobile, media, etc. ), interest in underlying technologies
Written and oral fluency in English & Hungarian
Affinity for rich content creation
Equally committed to bursts of creative solutions (ideas, writing, presenting) as to attentive delivery of repetitive tasks
