We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Lead who is not only passionate about online marketing but also skilled in project management. This individual will lead our digital marketing efforts and oversee the launch and execution of our online training programs. This role is perfect for someone who can think strategically, manage projects effectively, and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing).
- Lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution, managing a cross-functional team of content creators, designers, and web developers.
- Oversee lead generation and conversion optimization efforts, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with senior management to define short- and long-term marketing goals, aligning them with overall business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and impactful.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee the end-to-end marketing process, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reporting on campaign results and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and media outlets to boost brand awareness and credibility.
- Stay on top of industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques, ensuring TraderTV Academy remains competitive in the market.
- Experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on education, e-commerce, or online training industries.
- Proven track record in project management (experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday_com is a plus).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and email marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e. g. , HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e. g. , Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments.
