Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Managing a team of 7-10 Digital Marketeers for daily tasks, deliverables & projects
• Point of entry for customers. Working in collaboration for plans and execute digital marketing activities aligned with organizational goals and customer satisfaction.  
• Oversee training and HR processes, building a successful & skilled team.  
• Manage workload distribution & working in proximity with other teams
• Manage daily tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.  
• Collaborate with other team leaders and support team alignment.  
• Continuously improve digital marketing strategies, campaign management, processes, social media & other digital activities 
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Elvárások / Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role 
• Proficient in various digital marketing channels (e. g. , social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing) 
• Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting 
• Fluent in English 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills 
• Experience using CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce) 
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
