We are seeking a Digital Marketing Team Leader to drive impactful campaigns, lead a talented team, and contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Managing a team of 7-10 Digital Marketeers for daily tasks, deliverables & projects

Point of entry for customers. Working in collaboration for plans and execute digital marketing activities aligned with organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

Oversee training and HR processes, building a successful & skilled team.

Manage workload distribution & working in proximity with other teams

Manage daily tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.

Collaborate with other team leaders and support team alignment.

Continuously improve digital marketing strategies, campaign management, processes, social media & other digital activities

Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Elvárások / Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills

At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role

Proficient in various digital marketing channels (e. g. , social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing)

Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting

Fluent in English

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Experience using CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce)
