Join our team as a Group Procurement Digital Service & Knowledge Hub Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in enhancing user adoption and experience by providing top-notch support to procurement IT system users.
About the Role
As the Group Procurement Digital Service & Knowledge Hub Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate an international team of 6 members – being responsible for 1st-level support and incident management for procurement IT systems, supporting over 5, 000 users.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring optimal team performance.
Oversee system administration tasks and ensure compliance with procurement system standards.
Lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of procurement system training programs for internal and external users.
Identify knowledge gaps through ticket analysis and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate on procurement system improvement initiatives and support system implementation projects.
What We’re Looking For
University degree (MA/MSc) or College degree (BA/BSc) in Economics, Engineering, or Law.
Strong understanding of procurement frameworks and IT systems (e. g. , SAP MM, SRM, SAP Ariba, C4C).
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional, multi-regional teams in diverse environments.
Analytical and problem-solving expertise.
Project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong communication, customer focus, and result-oriented mindset.
At least 2 years of experience in IT system operation and user support services.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Familiarity with MOL Group's procurement IT solutions is an advantage.
