Would you like to lead managing cross-functional strategic projects and learn innovative technologies used by Digital Factory?

Main responsibilities:

Lead the Digital Factory-level roadmap development, identifying blockers, risks and dependencies and mitigation actions

Lead strategic, cross-functional projects and initiatives internally and if the need and opportunity arises at clients external to Digital Factory

Facilitate the creation of new business opportunities and digital services, develop business cases and strategies

Contribute to the development of the Digital Factory organization

Participate in the Digital Factory Management Team and take part in setting the overall vision and strategic objectives of Digital Factory

Main requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Economics or Technology

Minimum 8-10 years of experience, including with digital products as product manager of product owner, and/or top-tier strategy consulting experience

Proven Retail / Consumer Goods / Mobility domain knowledge

Solid understanding of digital solutions, product ownership background

Excellent strategy and business case development competencies

Stakeholder management and business negotiations skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, managing multiple tasks in parallel

Strong project management skills

Ability to lead multi-cultural teams across borders

Excellent written and verbal communications skillsProduct management, detailed business requirement formulation.

Advanced usage of Microsoft Office

Understanding and basic usage of data visualization tools (e. g. PowerBI, Tableau)

Familiarity with JIRA, JIRA BigPicture, Confluence is a strong plus

Familiarity with prototyping and journey mapping tools (e. g. Figma, Axure, InVision, Visio, etc. ) is a plus

Strong attention to detail

Proactive mindset, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and team mentality
