Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Developing and defining direct sourcing strategies and targets for specific categories
• Collecting market, procurement and technology data
• Developing optimisation and supplier strategies, prepare and implement implementation plans
• Cost analysis and review of contract terms and conditions, supplier benchmarking
• Supporting regional sourcing strategies and promote localisation approaches
• Conducting procurement negotiations
• Securing framework contracts and legal conditions
• Developing cost reduction and value enhancement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainability guidelines
• Managing, reviewing and evaluating supplier relationships 

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bsc degree in engineering or economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct procurement category management
• Experience in procurement negotiation, tendering, indirect procurement strategy development
• Knowledge of Office and SAP
• Confident and fluent English language skills
• German language skills would be an advantage
• Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills
