Dutch Buyer
A Buyer position is open at our multinational partner who is a global leader on its field in Budapest.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new potential suppliers
- Supplying process audits (new suppliers / current suppliers)
- Inquiring quotations, price comparing, bargains, reporting
- Runs, analyzes and report causes with action plan for price variances
- Resolve PO/Invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
- Track progression of purchase orders, investigate factors that affect schedules, and modify plans as necessary
- Making and putting purchasing orders (PO) according to monthly sales forecasts and production plans.
- Following the purchasing part prices by cost breakdowns.
- Negotiate price increases and submit price increase request
- Following up nonconforming products
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- Proactivity and creativity, ability to think out of the box
- Problem solving mindset
- Great Communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast paced multinational environment
