Description:
Handling customer inquiries and requests,
Recording, assigning, and monitoring the status of complaints and claims from initiation to resolution,
Communicating with customers and stakeholders in a courteous, professional, and efficient way,
Managing end-to-end resolution of issues within your assigned key customer portfolio,
Upholding our company’s reputation through your supportive and professional attitude,
Representing one of the world’s leading energy companies as its voice and frontline presence.
Requirements:
Experience in customer support field,
Proficiency in English language and Dutch language,
Analytical problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skill,
Customer-oriented approach.
