E-mobility Technical Lead
Purpose of the position:
Ensure the efficient operation of EV-chargers on group level, including the whole life-cycle from installing, maintaining and operating the chargers and leading the technical team and coordinate external suppliers on group level.
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of the efficient installation, maintenance and operation processes of the EV-chargers on group level.
Coordinate the technical team and external suppliers to implement charger deployment projects, and execute preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
Group-level responsibility for charger asset & vendor selection and for contracting to deploy & operate charger infrastructure.
Group-level monitoring of the service quality (e. g. uptime, resolution time) of charger infrastructure, and define issues & proposals for improvements.
Assess and propose technological solutions, system and process improvements for efficient charger infrastructure operation.
Set and measure individual KPIs for the overseen processes.
Manage technical related supplier contracts and their SLA performance.
Provide technical inputs for sales and business development activities.
Follow technological development of EV-charging and related technologies.
What is required to fill the position:
University degree (preferably in electrical engineering).
Min 5. years with min 2 years in leadership position
Experience in operating/maintaining electrical equipment, preferably experience in EV-charging.
Fluent business English.
