Building a digital ecosystem on top of the loyalty customer platform has multiple directions. Firstly, MOL intends to partner up with third party companies to enrich the offer of the current loyalty platform. Moreover, it intends to bring customers from other MOL businesses to the same platform (i. e. B2B2C customers). Finally, Digital Factory is aiming to introduce new, digital, mobility-related services on the platform.
About the Role
We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Ecosystem Technical Product Owner to join Digital Factory. The role will be responsible for supporting these strategic targets by delivering state-of-the-art digital products and services for MOL in relation to the existing loyalty customer platform, with and end-to-end ownership over the input collection, evaluation, backlog management and product development. The Ecosystem Technical PO is specifically focusing on delivering our services to new markets, as well as on integrating existing MOL B2C services to MOL MOVE. The Ecosystem Technical PO supports the above business targets by collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders to design state-of-the-art solutions based on MOL Group’s existing technology stack across CEE.
Main Responsibilities
Own, develop and execute the product roadmap for the assigned ecosystem products.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather and define requirements for loyalty and ecosystem products.
Contribute to the overall ecosystem roadmap, aligning owned features with broader business goals.
Collect and define business requirements in the selected areas, in proactive cooperation with other business units and key stakeholders.
Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for Salesforce-based solutions (Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and beyond (i. e. mobile, data/BI, integration solutions). Work together with the Lead Business Analyst to ensure high quality and consistent product definition.
Maintain a strong understanding of related technical stack elements (POS, Retail, payment systems, electric vehicle charging backend etc. )
Monitor and analyze ecosystem stack elements’ efficiency, business impact, and propose improvements.
Develop business cases, measure cost-benefit realization, and compare business options.
Optimize ecosystem products to drive improved conversion rates, sales funnels, and customer satisfaction, contributing to EBITDA growth.
Participate in workshops with internal and external partners to identify, map, and optimize customer journeys.
Lead the development of clear and detailed functional specifications, data flows, and process diagrams for use by both the technical team and stakeholders.
Document business requirements (user stories), manage backlog and prioritization, and closely cooperate with Solution Architect and the Lead BA.
Oversee implementation of ecosystem products using agile methodology, acting as the primary contact for suppliers and managing supplier-side project teams.
Manage implementation and operational budgets (minimum 1mn EUR), ensuring cost efficiency and optimization.
Drive continuous evolution through analytics, user feedback, and testing, ensuring customer-first solutions, and lay down best practices for MOL through complex, cross-channel customer journey definitions.
Oversee new product releases, including testing, planning and user education.
Assess new technologies, facilitate MVP approaches, and run pilot projects.
Align new business opportunities and digital services with overall digital strategy.
About Your Experience and Skills
Education
Degree in Technology or Business.
Experience
Minimum 3-years of experience with digital or retail products or services, preferably in product owner / manager / business analyst role.
Successful examples of cross-channel or conversion-oriented business activities.
Applied use of design thinking or customer-oriented deliveries is a plus.
Hands on experience with customer feedback-based user journey mapping is a plus.
Professional and Technical Competencies
Solid understanding of digital solutions, product ownership background.
Proficiency in business analysis, defining business requirements, translating business needs to engineering teams.
Customer journey mapping.
Business process mapping through stakeholder facilitation
Solid understanding of technology architecture, with special regards to marketing automation, CRM, mobile applications.
Business acumen, ability to define solutions driving business impact.
Financial acumen.
Product management, detailed business requirement formulation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of underlying technologies (i. e. CRM, Mobile, retail systems, ERP) trends and legal environment.
Understanding the fundamentals of API based architectures.
Familiarity with prototyping and journey mapping tools is a plus.
Familiarity with JIRA, JIRA BigPicture, Confluence is a strong plus.
Advanced usage of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
