
Engineering Coordinator

Main duties:
Coordinating maintenance/technical activities, assisting and supervising the work of colleagues and contractors
Carry out daily administrative activities of the Engineering office
Provide secretarial support to the Engineering team
Maintain stock & adequate supplies of tools and equipment
Report and follow-up any maintenance issues or hazards, defective materials and equipment
Ensure all communications, particularly relating to guests and other departments are handled promptly and professionally
The ideal profile:
At least a few years of relevant work experience (hotel experience is an advantage)
Previous experience in administration or supervisory for an engineering/building environment
Relevant professional qualification(s)
Fluency in English & Hungarian
Punctual, accurate and support-focused work
Affinity for administrative work with good computer skills
