Logistics Coordinator with English and Hungarian (additional French is a huge extra)

Our multinational partner, who is a leader in mover solutions, is looking for a talented professional to join its growing project in Budapest.

If you have gained experience in Customer Service or Order Management, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The job

Opening customer files
Entering data into the informatics system
Arranging the operations with the sales team, defining the number of movers
Arranging parking permits, collecting documents for the export/import customs clearance
Purchasing of freight and placing orders for road transportation
Administration of import/export sea containers and airfreight
Confirmation of destination services
Opening of claim files with our insurance broker
Ensure customer relations and satisfaction in English and Hungarian (+French), which promotes the company’s goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement and builds customer relationships

About you

Excellent Hungarian and English language skills
Fluent French language skills would be a great advantage.
EU citizen or have an active residence permit in Hungary
1–3 years of professional experience in Customer Service/Order Management/Logistics/Supply Chain
Basic command of MS Excel
Proactive attitude
Improved time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional customer-orientation
A Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
Experience with business-to-business customers is preferred.
