Executive Assistant with German
Our prestigious partner, who is a leader in executive specialist selection and training, is looking for a talented, experienced professional to join its project in Budapest.
If you have gained experience in office assistance, manager assistance and some HR-related tasks, and speak fluent English and German, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
The job
- Provide manager assistance
- Coordinate and administrate international projects
- Maintain contact with colleagues, different departments, business partners, external organisations
- Arrange meetings and interviews
- Assist presentation preparation
- Support HR activities
About you
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent English AND German language knowledge is a must
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
- Multitasking and excellent time-management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, cooperation skills
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Structured, punctual, proactive attitude
- Working experience in Switzerland is a great advantage, just as HR experience
