Pozíció leírása / Job description
- Serve as the primary transactional contact for customers and third-party logistics service providers
- Coordinate the entire loading and shipment process with local plant, warehouse, terminal personnel, and carriers to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Actively monitor open orders and deliveries to identify and resolve issues early, minimizing the impact of inevitable disruptions
- Assistance in resolving freight invoice discrepancies
- Maintain internal relationships with various functions including business, sales, supply chain planning, logistics procurement, product management, and others
- Ensure compliance with defined operational escalation procedures when encountering unforeseen delays in shipping from the plant or during final delivery to customers. Handle exceptions and emergency situations effectively
- Document, investigate, and follow up on internal and external complaints
- Recommend process improvements, including investigating quality failures and developing preventive and corrective actions for these issues
Elvárások / Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, import-export or shipment coordination
- Proficiency in English is required
- Assertive, strong communication skills and personality
- Great problem-solving, solution oriented and troubleshooting attitude
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Previous experience working in a multinational environment is advantageous
