The Hungarian subsidiary, CooperVision CL Kft. , was founded in Gyál in 2005 and employs more than 1, 500 workers. We are currently looking for a colleague for Facilities Project Supervisor position.
,- Lead construction projects, remodel new production lines, auxiliary system installations and other special projects (in line with LRSP).
- Cooperate with the contractors, plan, control and supervise the construction works on a daily, monthly basis.
- Actively promote safe working practices, and coordinate works in line with the local fire- and work safety rules and the work permission system operates in house.
- Responsible for budget management for construction project execution.
- Start up of new production lines, auxiliary systems and devices, prepare of the necessary documentation.
- Know the internal validation system, observe and document the requirements. Implement the validation steps.
- Look for efficiency improvement options, initiate corrective actions.
- Look for solution to smooth operation and systems in an efficient and productive way and eliminate, minimize the potential risk factors.
- Assist with the continual improvement of the business, look for the improvement to the service and for effective good practice within this role.
- Participate in professional group meetings; maintain awareness of new trends and developments in the field of facility management; incorporate new developments as appropriate into programs.
- Make suggestions for system and facilities development.
- Cooperate with the related departments, the Technical Group and the Facility Management.
- Effective communication – keeping Management and relevant departments aware and seeking advice and assistance when required.
- Participate in the preparation and administration of the facilities capital expenditure budget; submit contract and budget recommendations; monitor expenditures; prepare cost estimates; submit justifications for equipment; monitor budget expenditures.
- University/College degree in building services or electrical engineering. Other relevant qualification is an advantage
- English proficiency – written and verbal communication - is required
- At least 3 years previous experience in Facility Management and/or Maintenance
- Knowledge and 3-5 years experience in Project management
- At least 5-10 years of work experience
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Have a systematic approach to problem solving
- Have good communication skills and be able to establish and maintain effective contact with company personnel, supplier and contractors
