• Managing a small site
• Assessing and planning of soft service options in our client's office area
• Implementation of new contracts: budget preparation, making offers and practical design
• Full organization and coordination of daily operational tasks at several locations (office services, cleaning-outside arrangement, technical maintenance, catering, property security)
• Ensuring active and effective communication with the business partner
• Quick and high-quality fulfillment of customer needs, multitasking
• Setting up and managing an on-site team (1 cleaner and 1 receptionist: selection, motivation, control, internal developments)
• Contacting and controlling subcontractors
• Adherence to and enforcement of occupational health and safety regulations
• Budget planning and monitoring, initiation of saving proposals
• Compilation and presentation of reports, analyses, price offers both in English and Hungarian
• Management of financial, labor and other documents, data files related to the service

• Customer-oriented, service provider approach
• Higher education
• We are looking for a carrier changer or someone with 1-2 years of management experience in the service or operational field (Soft FM)
• Active, B2-C1 knowledge of the English language
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility
• User-level knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic financial knowledge
