Facility Management – Soft expertWe at MOL Group have a powerful purpose to drive everyday progress and shape tomorrow with our net zero long-term strategy that impacts not just energy but chemicals, waste, retail services and beyond.  Sounds amazing, right?  We are currently looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable  Facility Management – Soft expert   Purpose of this position: The aim of the position is to ensure the simple, efficient, safe and smooth operation of the assets related to the MOL Campus project in a technical, process, employee experience and SD&HSE point of view considering the available best practices and cost effectiveness. Furthermore, to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations from soft facility management services perspective.    Main resposibilities and tasks: Coordination and supervision of Soft FM services (cleaning, green space management, waste management, maintenance projects )Supervision of suppliers and subcontractors and control of their performanceSupport the continuous functionality and smooth and safe operation of the buildingEnsures the elimination of deficiencies, malfunctions or non-conformities, and the prevention of its recurrence.
