We are currently looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable
Facility Management - Building Engineer.
Purpose of this position:
The aim of the position is to ensure the simple, efficient, safe and smooth operation of the assets related to the MOL Campus project in a technical, process, employee experience and SD&HSE point of view considering the available best practices and cost effectiveness. Furthermore, to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations from building engineering perspective.
Main resposibilities and tasks:
Determines the maintenance strategy and elaborates building engineering maintenance plan for the MOL Campus considering technical and LEED/BREEAM requirements and employee experience as well, ensures these implementations. Defines service levels and controls their fulfilment.
Ensures the continuous functionality and smooth and safe operation of the building in relation to building engineering. Responsible for the compliance of health and safety, fire prevention and environmental regulations, corporate regulations, laws, standards and quality requirements in relation to the respective professional area.
Contributes to the annual and monthly budget planning (FTE, OPEX, CAPEX) and ensures the cost effective implementation within the approved budget.
Supervises and controls the planned and ad-hoc activities of contracted FM service providers and other external partners in relation to the respective professional field. Ensures the elimination of deficiencies, malfunctions or non-conformities, and the prevention of its recurrence.
Participates in the continuous improvement of Facility Management processes. Proposes measures to increase efficiency and/or service quality, prepares technical development plans and coordinates their implementation in case of approval. Facilitates and ensures the fulfilment of predictive maintenance.
Responsible for the successful implementation of investment type projects according to the plans including compliance with financial, technical and regulatory (especially SD&HSE) requirements. In case of deviances or issues, takes the necessary actions to eliminate or minimize these.
Provides strong professional expertise to the establishment of an Integrated and Intelligent Building Management System, supports the integration of the BMS and IoT platforms, as well as ensures BIM processes and up-to-date digital database and model.
Education, skills, experiences:
University or college degree in building engineering.
3 years of experience in facility management.
Project control and project management experience.
Experience in smart building and/or high-rise building experience is a plus.
