Tasks & Involvements:

Greeting and seating the guests the guest appropriately according to hotel standards

Welcoming every guest upon arrival to the F&B unit(s)

Communicating current promotions events of the hotel to the guests

Pays close attention to the guest needs, comments, inquiries and forwards all complaints to the supervisors, managers;

Supports, occasionally helps out the work of the waiters/waitresses in order to provide quality service

Collecting and checking guest entitlement lists (executive membership, breakfast, , etc. )

Preparing buffet and menu cards

The Ideal Candidate:

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience

Professional qualification

Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages

High level of guest service skills & problem-solving skills

Professional self & corporate representation
