Field Application Specialist (IVD)
Our partner company is a global leader in in vitro diagnostics, providing innovative solutions for medical and industrial applications. They specialize in developing diagnostic tools and technologies that enhance patient care and ensure food safety. Join them as a Field Application Specialist!
Your tasks as a Field Application Specialist:
- Coordinate and deliver consulting, product training, and support for our partner company’s solutions.
- Develop and maintain business relationships, enhancing customer connections.
- Provide regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve KPIs.
- Serve as the intermediary between customers, Quality & Regulatory Affairs Managers, and Authorities for vigilance processes, ensuring thorough follow-up and documentation.
- Address both internal and external customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance through prompt and precise documentation in the CRM system.
- Offer organizational recommendations regarding our partner company’s devices to optimize workflow, focusing on technical, quality, and productivity aspects.
Requirements for the Field Application Specialist role:
- University degree in biology, microbiology or medical technology.
- At least 2 years experience in biology, microbiology field in laboratory environment.
- Customer and solution orientated attitude.
- Training and coaching capabilities.
- Willingness to travel, 2-3 days a week in Hungary.
- Confident verbal and written skills in English.
