About the Role
As the Finance BA& Controlling Partner for the M&S European sites, you will report to the Head of BA&C M&S Europe. You will be responsible for reporting aspects for one of our European CHC M&S production site.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial planning & analysis
• Data preparation, consolidation and reporting, focused on financial statement´s accuracy.
• Perform a first level of analysis of the actual monthly financial results (analysis of main variances
and consistency checks) during closings.
• Support data consolidation in systems and standardization of the processes.
• Ensure timely data reporting and in line with the Standard Procedures
• Participate in the Planning cycles (Forecast, Budget)
• Coordinate Comparable processes (get information, prepare conso files, follow up deadlines)
• Product contribution data collection.
Transversal topics
• Data preparation, consolidation and reporting for specific topics, related to European CHC M&S sites perimeter
• Look for opportunities to improve way of working, optimizing processes and standardizing
ABOUT YOU
Educational background
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management or Finance required
Professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance
• Demonstrate a good track record in finance and controlling, preferably in a
Pharmaceutical/Consumer Products industry.
Skills & competencies
• Fluency level in English
• SAP ERP (Athena, Polaris, CEP) or Oebs
• TM1
• Financial analysis
• Industrial controlling methods
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine complex information in a simple manner
• Adaptability & ability to work on multiples topics in a complex matrix environment
• Collaborative, highly proactive and assertive attitude, commitment to excellence
• Critical thinker with constructive mindset, positive thinking, and curiosity
• Excellent proficiency with IT tools (MS Office Excel, Power Point), MS Access & Power BI
advantage.
