Finance Business Partner  Scope of the position: MOL Group was awarded a 35-year concession for Hungary’s waste management services. MOHU (part of MOL Group) has been established in order to manage these activities and started its operation in July 2023. In line with MOL Group 2030+ strategic goal, the company is committed to be a key player in the circular economy in CEE region. MOL will be responsible in the frame of the concession of the waste collection from households and businesses in Hungary. The company will organize the pre-treatment and treatment operations necessary to meet the strict waste management and recycling targets of the European Union. MOHU's Finance team is responsible for setting up and operating the full range of financial processes necessary for the company operation. You will have the possibility to keep your finger on the pulse of business as well as shape the future of MOHU.   Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact from Finance organization of a selected business areaPrepare strategic and business plans, forecasts, regular and ad hoc reportsSupport business projects with financial analysis and prepare decision making materials for MOL Group managementUnderstand business needs and prepare meaningful analysis with a view of optimizing profitabilityMonitor investment projects realization in the field of waste management,  and align investment processes and cost control with MOL GroupCooperate with multiple stakeholders within Finance organization and across Business operationSupport in process development and digitisation of reports  Requirements: University/college degree in finance or economicsMinimum 3 years of professional experience in controllingSystems and process-oriented approachExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMinimum intermediate level of written and spoken English  What we offer: Permanent position, starting as soon as possibleThe opportunity to transform the waste management industry in Hungary and support the transition to circular economyHigh quality, creative, complex work as part of a professional teamCompetitive benefits packageDevelopment opportunities through external/internal trainingProfessional advancement within MOL Group
