As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Finance Controller/Manager to join our team in Hungary on a full-time basis, contributing to the effective oversight and management of our financial and operational metrics. , We are looking for a proactive and driven Finance Controller/Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial and operational management who thrives in areas such as management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to drive strategic decision-making. Your primary focus will be preparing and presenting detailed management reports, including financial and operating metrics, and helping to shape the budgeting and planning process to align with business goals, rather than statutory financial reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyse, and present management reports, focusing on financial and operational performance metrics that drive decision making.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop dashboards and performance indicators to track business performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor and improve key financial drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, goal setting and planning processes across finance and operations.
• Provide insights to drive operational efficiencies and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support.

• Previous experience in financial management, analysis, or reporting (experience with budgeting and forecasting is a strong advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools (e. g. , Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Self-starter attitude with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with financial systems and ERP tools.
• Exposure to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
