Finance Coordinator And Reporting Specialist (21th district, Csepel)

Our international partner, who are one of the industry leaders in their field is looking for a talented finance professional to fill a newly established position! This person will be responsibe for writing and reviewing financial reports (for example: monthly cash flow reports) and keeping contact with local offices in the Central European Region. The ideal candidate for this job has a strong understanding of financial reports and procesess, speaks fluent English, has good communication skills and is comfortable with the use of MS Excel (PivotTables, basic functions).

- Writing and reviewing financial reports (for example: monthly cash flow report)
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting based on the material prepared by the Chief Accountant
- Rolling forecasts
- Tracking and monitorin monthly schedule and KPI targets
- Review of balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the Chief Accountant
- Monitoring financial control points and ensuring that billing is done accurately
- Supporting local cash management
- Process improvement projects
- Keeping contact with with local offices in the Central European Region, internal departments, banks and authorities
Elvárások / Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting or similar field
- Experience and knowledge of working with financial systems
- Strong knowledge of financial control points and financial procesess
- Comfortable user of MS Excel (PivotTablet, basic functions)
- Experience with keeping international contact with partner companies or subsidiaries
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English (German knowledge is a plus but not requiered)
- Strong organization skills
- Precise work, attention to detail
