What Will You Do?

You will be part of a two-person finance transformation team leading the Hungarian rollout of Project One. With one team member already on board, we are looking for a strong addition to drive process improvements and ensure a smooth transition for our finance operations.

We are open to meeting professionals with two different backgrounds:

• Finance professionals with expertise in Hungarian financial operations and accounting standards, eager to step into a transformation role.

• Process improvement specialists with experience in ERP implementation and finance-related system transformations.

• Work as part of a two-person finance transformation team to implement Project One in Hungary
• Lead the rollout of Infor M3 in finance operations, ensuring alignment with central project goals
• Act as the key finance contact between local teams, the CEE project team, and IT
• Manage data migration, testing, and issue resolution during the system rollout
• Support the decommissioning of legacy systems and oversee the Go-Live transition
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting
• Develop and deliver training for finance team members to ensure ERP adoption
• Work in the Key User Community, sharing best practices and driving process improvements

• Accounting and finance professionals with 2-3+ years of experience, eager to step into a process transformation role
• Process improvement specialists with experience in finance-related ERP implementation

• Experience in ERP implementations OR finance process transformation
• Structured,  organized thinker who can balance details and big-picture goals
• Strong communication skills (Hungarian & English)
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently
