Support SSC startup establishment and strategic development
Manage country-to-Budapest transitions, including preparation and stabilization
Aid Finance teams in implementing cross-country standard processes
Drive digital transformation through the introduction of new technologies
Perform project management tasks, tracking business cases and reporting to stakeholders
Collaborate within the Financial Community in Europe Africa
Develop and conduct country trainings, promoting best practice sharing Elvárások / Requirements
University degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of operational experience in the finance business services sector. Preferably in AP/AR/GL/MDM roles
Additionally, you have built up minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in managing international transition projects and certified in one of the project methodologies (e. g. Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile, PMP; etc. ) which you can apply in practice.
You lead by example a cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration, create a motivating working atmosphere and
actively drive changes to support the transformation journey
You keep calm and focused in a challenging environment
You are a team player, are flexible and willing to travel within Europe
Professional fluency in English and excellent MS Office knowledge. Knowledge of additional languages (French or
