Financial Analyst – E&P Hungary
Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Scope of the position:
Here, you'll immerse yourself in comprehensive financial processes, playing a crucial part in shaping the company's financial direction and providing valuable insights that directly impact our strategic decisions.
Your tasks will be:
Analyze Financial Data: Gather and interpret data to support decision-making,
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in creating and monitoring budgets and forecasts,
Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement financial process improvements,
Financial Reporting: Prepare reports and dashboards for management insights,
Risk & Compliance: Support risk management and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,
At least 3-5 years working experience within finance/controlling/audit or FP&A,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,
User-level computer skills, advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting and corporate finance,
Service- and process-oriented mindset, having high standards for getting to know processes in full details,
Proactivity with a problem solving mindset,
Adaptability to work either in team or independently,
Analytical thinking,
IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
