Furthermore, the hotel will feature a charming café and cocktail bar with a cozy terrace, offering a delightful perfect setting for guests to relax and enjoy the view of the Basilica. , The upcoming Radisson Collection 5-Star Hotel is looking for a dedicated colleague to join as Financial Controller. The Financial Controller is an integral member of the Hotel Management Team, playing a key role in the strategic and profitable development of the hotel’s activities. You will work closely with the General Manager and Heads of Departments, implementing and overseeing all activities relating to the financial aspects of the hotel.

Responsibilities

 

• Directs and controls the monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities of the Hotel, producing complete, accurate and timely information
• Completes the review of monthly operating results, supporting the GM and team in analyzing these results and taking well-considered decisions
• To be sufficiently knowledgeable to be able to ensure the integrity of the local financial information and that this is aligned with local legislation and reporting standards (IFRS and GAAP) where appropriate. This includes the responsibility for the management and reporting of all legal, audit, and corporate tax and indirect tax issues for the Hotel
• Ensure that all processes are executed in line with the Radisson Hotel Group’s standards and according to relevant stakeholder agreements
• Co-ordinates and supports the activities of relevant outsourced accounting service providers
• Ensures risk management in the Hotel through Internal Audit & insurance compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant professional experience
• 3+ years experience in the area, holding a position of Assistant Financial Controller or more senior
• You are a problem solver that communicates clearly and directly
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hungarian
• You have outstanding analytical skills
