The ideal candidate is:

• Ambitious: Believes that a well-functioning financial and controlling system is the cornerstone of a dynamic and competitive company.
• Experienced: Has 5-10 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and international finance.
• Proactive and Independent: Capable of achieving success without a large team, building up new systems that can support our global ambitions.
• Forward-Thinking: Committed to the most advanced tools and methods in financial management and capable of implementing new internal processes.
• A Leader in action: Not just a director, but someone who can achieve results independently, and eventually build a team as the company grows.
• Qualified: Holds at least a master’s degree and has international-level English negotiation skills.
• Advantageous: Experience with domestic government financing and European financing channels is a plus.
