Meteor Motortech HU – we are an authorized distributor of leading brands of motorcycles and off-road vehicles. For the development of the company and the smooth running of the financial department, we will hire a new colleague to join our small, friendly team.

This is an independent financial position suitable for an experienced person who will be able to be a financial partner for the regional manager and at the same time a liaison with an external accounting office and an extended hand of the holding's financial director.

The main job duties include the following tasks:

 

• Organization, collection and preparation of financial documents for an external accounting office (invoices, bank statements, financial documentation) in high quality and on time
• Monitoring deadlines related to monthly and annual statements and their strict adherence
• Support for the external accounting office in preparing monthly and annual statements, clarifying discrepancies, deviations, finding solutions
• Effective cash flow management of the HU branch - preparation of weekly cash flow plans, entering bank payments, evaluating the status of receivables and payables
• Support for the regional manager and members of the sales department - regular checking and processing of analyses of sales, margins, costs, inventory data, etc.
• Preparation of regular HU controlling reports and responsibility for the quality of outputs
• Cooperation in the preparation of annual plans and quarterly forecasts
• Be a power-user of internal information systems and actively participate in their development
• Setting up and development of corporate financial processes
• Cooperation with financial authorities, banks, auditors, tax advisors

• min. 5 years of relevant experience (accounting, controlling, reporting, analysis)
• practical knowledge of financial systems and tools
• advanced knowledge of Excel
• active knowledge of the English language (regular communication with the group CFO)
• the ability of analytical and logical thinking
• diligence and systematicity
• effective communication, positive and proactive attitude to work

• experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• knowledge of the SK or CZ language is a plus
