Key Responsibilities

• Ensures the smooth running of the F&B department, where every aspect of the food and beverage experience for guests is delivered to the highest standards, ensuring both proprietary and corporate standards are achieved
• Proactive to provide excellent service to all guests with a positive and excellent problem-solving attitude
• Develops and implements strategies for performance indicators, ensuring seamless communication and achievement of objectives
• Effectively manages the team, providing development opportunities for colleagues with a focus on performance, while supporting company culture and values
• Prepares and responsibly manages the department budget
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication with both internal and external partners and colleagues
• Develops and implements effective programs to improve quality services, revenue opportunities, productivity, environmental standards, and cost control

• Hospitality qualifications or professional experience
• More than 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in HACCP
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hungarian
• Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Leadership skills and commitment to team training and development
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Outstanding analytical and strategic skills that will enhance the business from a financial perspective
• Ability to seek creative solutions, advise and make recommendations
• Open, positive and communicative personality
