Fraud Risk Management Specialist
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in fraud risk management within a dynamic global team? We are seeking an experienced Fraud Risk Management Specialist to work closely with our Global Fraud Risk Lead, executing key elements of our comprehensive fraud risk framework and proactively building out our fraud program.
Key Duties:
- Investigate potential fraud cases through detailed data analysis and report findings.
- Support annual fraud risk assessments in collaboration with finance.
- Managing fraud escalations, preparing metrics, and reporting for management.
- Liaise with Money Laundering Reporting Officers regarding fraud events and SAR requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to review processes, provide expert advice, and enhance controls.
- Identify risks, concerns or control issues/enhancements for corrective action implementation.
- Create and deliver engaging fraud awareness training programs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in forensic investigations, operational risk or audit roles.
- Proficiency in risk identification, mitigation strategies, policy drafting, performing assessments, data analysis and metrics reporting.
- Exceptional oral/written communication skills; adept at business partnerships across levels/time zones.
- Adaptability within a fast-paced global team environment; proactive approach to business improvements including process automation.
