The job

Opening customer files

Entering data in the Informatics system

Arranging the operations with the sales team, defining the number of movers

Arranging parking permits, collecting documents for the export/import customs clearance

Purchasing of freights and placing orders for road transportation

Administration of import/export sea containers and airfreight

Confirmation of destination services

Opening of claim files with our insurance broker

Ensuring customer relations and satisfaction in French, which promotes the company’s goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement and builds customer relationships.

About you

Excellent French and English language skills

EU citizen or have an active residence permit / work permit in Hungary

1–3 years of professional experience in Customer Service/Order Management/Logistics/Supply Chain

Basic command of MS Excel

Proactive attitude

Improved time management and prioritisation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and professional customer-orientation

A Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

Experience with business-to-business customers is preferred
