Front Desk Receptionist
A Front Desk Receptionist position has opened at our multinational client’s Budapest office. They build enterprise cloud technology that powers the biggest names in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, chemical, and cosmetics industries. Their technology has transformed these industries, enabling them to get critical products and services to market faster.
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will:
- Greet clients, partners, and prospective employees to the office.
- Preserve security by adhering to protocols and managing access (issuing visitor day cards, new hire access badges, and managing our visitor management and office access software).
- Assist with facility requests, building maintenance, and vendor coordination as a backup to the office manager.
- Maintain the appearance of the general areas and reception.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist the site leader with administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, organising meetings and events, providing office supplies, and editing documents.
What you will need to succeed:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Hungarian and advanced English.
- 2–3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Capability to handle several tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Adaptability to changing environments.
