
Functional Specialist
Our manufacturing partner is looking for a Functional Specialist.
Your tasks:
Lead project management & reporting for new installations, collaborating with PMO to define project planning, documentation, and cost tracking
Assess and define specific needs for new presses, ensuring seamless ERP and Quality system integration when required
Coordinate with internal and external PLC programmers to ensure compliance with system standards
Configure applications to meet site-specific requirements
Train operators and middle management on-site to ensure smooth adoption of the system
Identify and specify new module requirements or improvements to enhance system functionality
Participate in on-site Go-Live support for successful implementation
Provide training and user support for existing self-developed MES system installations
Manage Small Project Requests (SPR), ensuring efficient follow-ups and implementations
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve incidents and improve system stability
Develop new reports using Power BI and BIRT to enhance decision-making
Ensure all work aligns with the company’s Quality System, HSE regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
Good IT knowledge combined with a strong interest in manufacturing processes
1-3 years of experience working with SQL, Power BI, and various databases—preferably in the manufacturing industry
A Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Vocational Degree in a relevant field
Fluent English knowledge
