
Functional Specialist
Our manufacturing partner is looking for a Functional Specialist.
Your tasks:

- Lead project management & reporting for new installations, collaborating with PMO to define project planning, documentation, and cost tracking
- Assess and define specific needs for new presses, ensuring seamless ERP and Quality system integration when required
- Coordinate with internal and external PLC programmers to ensure compliance with system standards
- Configure applications to meet site-specific requirements
- Train operators and middle management on-site to ensure smooth adoption of the system
- Identify and specify new module requirements or improvements to enhance system functionality
- Participate in on-site Go-Live support for successful implementation
- Provide training and user support for existing self-developed MES system installations
- Manage Small Project Requests (SPR), ensuring efficient follow-ups and implementations
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve incidents and improve system stability
- Develop new reports using Power BI and BIRT to enhance decision-making
- Ensure all work aligns with the company’s Quality System, HSE regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures
Requirements: - Good IT knowledge combined with a strong interest in manufacturing processes
- 1-3 years of experience working with SQL, Power BI, and various databases—preferably in the manufacturing industry
- A Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Vocational Degree in a relevant field
- Fluent English knowledge
