We are currently looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable
Gastro & Own Brand Offer Management Quality Senior Expert.
Purpose of the position:
The Offer Management Quality Senior Expert position is responsible for accelerating sales and margin by designing and implementing MOL Gastro and Own brand quality management system, including but not limited to product specifications, quality requirements and recipes for its product portfolio and audit standards for its Group suppliers.
The role owns and monitors compliance of its product and supplier quality requirements.
Main responsibilities:
Create MOL gastro and Own Brand, quality requirements, specifications and technical requirements together with gastro and own brand team.
Design and build MOL Gastro and Own brand product quality managamenet system.
Create supplier internal audit system and evaluation system form.
Responsible for monitoring of compliance to Group Standards.
Audit and approve suppliers and continuously monitor, create and implement needed improvement.
Design professional system, implement and facilitate MOL product sensory evaluation (tasting).
Take integral part in product developmen, support product launches in countries.
Work closely with sales and operations team to create Fresh Corner quality assurance and food safety system.
Develops all operational systems, processes and training materials required for an effective rollout of new products and effective day to day operations with consistent quality / desired brand experience.
Ensure sharing of best practices / reapplication across the markets and development of capabilities at the group level.
Keeps track on latest customer and industry trends, competitor activities and internal best practices.
Manages his/her organisation with ownership, ensures sustainable solutions and customer focused operation. Responsible for the development and succession of his/her subordinates.
Responsible for ensuring and controlling of compliance with the related legal and company rules - with special regard to the general regulations defining company operation: Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, rules of Conflict of Interest, HSE and Data Protection.
Education, skills, experience:
University Degree in Food Sciences/Food Technology.
Min. 5-10 years professional experience preferably from a large food retailer, FMCG or hospitality industry.
Entrepreneurial and commercial mind-set, excellent communication and negotiation skills, good relationship management/team player, customer focused, strong analytical skills.
Driving license, readiness to travel.
Fluency in English.
