Gastro Category Expert.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the process of new gastro program creation and leading processes aimed at improving the quality of service by reviewing customer perceptions and examining better approaches to meeting expectations in line with the desired brand experience and industry best practices.

Responsible for managing the innovation process ensuring that MOL has a competitive ad­vantage in this area.

Responsible for managing the gastro offers at group level and for developing the principles of local developments.

Ensures sharing of best practices / reapplication across the market and development of the capabilities at the group level that will give us the competitive advantage in this area of offer.

Keep track on latest customer and industry trends, competitor activities and internal best practices and initiate changes if applicable.

Contribute to development of professional competencies of local colleagues and group capa­bilities in the area of the gastro category.

Min. 3 years of relevant category management experience in a multinational environment.

Fluent business English.

Driving licence, ready to travel.
