Responsibilities:Lead creative production using cutting-edge Gen AI tools including, but not limited to: Midjourney, Leonardo, Kling, Hailuo, Runway, Sora, Eleven Labs to generate innovative visual marketing content for our audio storiesCraft compelling prompts and develop prompt libraries to ensure consistent, high-quality AI-generated assets across projectsEdit and enhance AI-generated content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) to maintain professional standardsPioneer new workflows combining Gen AI tools with traditional editing software to create efficient, scalable content production pipelinesCollaborate with marketers, writers, and audio teams to translate story elements into visual concepts suitable for AI generationStay current with emerging Gen AI tools and techniques, conducting regular testing and implementation of new capabilitiesTrain and guide team members on effective prompt engineering and Gen AI tool usageMaintain quality control standards for AI-generated content, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence

Requirements3+ years experience in video production/editing with demonstrated expertise in Gen AI toolsStrong portfolio showcasing AI-generated content and traditional editing workExpert knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization for various AI platformsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and PhotoshopExperience in establishing workflows and best practices for emerging technologiesStrong aesthetic sense and ability to maintain creative consistency across AI-generated contentNative German & excellent English communication skillsPassion for digital content innovation and emerging technologies
