Indirect Buyer - Marcali

Responsibilities:

Continuously and efficiently follow and fulfill procurement needs (investment, raw materials, auxiliary materials, services).

Organize and monitor technical discussions with suppliers.

Develop procurement strategies.

Conduct price negotiations, prepare and supervise contracts (standard, framework, individual).

Manage the entire procurement process (demand management, request for quotation, price negotiations, price comparison, preparation of procurement decision materials, data compilation for contracts).

Identify, select, and integrate new suppliers into company processes.

Maintain regular contact with domestic and international suppliers, and internal departments within the company and group.

Perform background processes, tasks, and administrative activities related to procurement in the enterprise resource planning system.

Monitor orders.

Collaborate effectively with internal departments and partners.

Evaluate suppliers.

Manage supplier relationships.

Evaluate and improve procurement processes, optimize resources.

Requirements:

Higher education in technical or economic fields.

Proficiency in English and/or German.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, decisiveness, result- and cost-oriented mindset.

Category B driving license.

Advantages:
