Your upcoming responsibilities will include…
As a German Speaking HR Support Specialist,
you will be adept at finding the most effective and straightforward solutions for our partners employees' HR-related inquiries and requests. Additionally, you will ensure the seamless operation of centralized, back-office HR functions and processes across various locations within international teams.

Daily tasks:
- Responding to support queries through tools, phone, and email, maintaining daily contact with our employees
- Addressing HR-related issues that may arise throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Providing technical assistance for HR self-service tools and systems
- Managing HR administrative processes
- Advising employees on HR procedures and policies
- Sustaining and enhancing employee satisfaction levels
You are the perfect candidate if. . .
- You have experience in a Service Desk environment, with HR helpdesk experience being a plus
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English and German.
- You possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in the MS suite, with knowledge of SAP (HR) tools being advantageous.
- You have logical thinking skills and can solve problems resourcefully and quickly
- You have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
