Main responsibilities:

Execute processes in alignment with customer contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with defined service standards

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for global operations, providing back-office support and coordination for various countries and a worldwide team

Oversee customer and contract setup, and manage day-to-day service execution, including fleet management and customer invoicing

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, engaging with multiple teams to resolve escalations, oversee device registration, and address any issues affecting account management

Lead the creation and management of unique customer invoices, ensuring correct execution in coordination with the invoicing team

Support system and process improvements by participating in testing, continuous improvement initiatives, and offering subject matter guidance to cross-functional teams.

Monitor account KPIs and dashboards, proactively addressing potential issues and supporting SLA compliance to maintain high-quality service delivery

Required skills:

5+ years of experience in operations or a related field

Fluent in German and English language

Proficiency in SAP or Siebel systems preferred, with advanced skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating flexibility, a proactive approach, and a customer-first mentality
