
German Speaking Catalogue Specialist
Manage customer catalogue pricing, IT product updates, and End-of-Life transitions.
Coordinate with customers to update catalogues and source new products via global IT suppliers.
Work with OEMs and suppliers to ensure global pricing availability, escalating issues as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance catalogue content, pricing, and product presentation.
Develop and improve Stock Inventory Reporting templates and handle customer reporting queries.
Support forecasting needs.
Flag potential stock shortages.
Maintain regular contact with Partner Suppliers for local pricing and reporting.
Engage with Sales Order Management and support new customer onboarding and transition projects. Elvárások / Requirements
1+ year experience in a similar role
Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management
Fluent in English and German
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with formatted catalogue file uploads
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach
Proactive, accountable team player
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to challenges
