Main responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for customers and the commercial teams within the assigned region.
Provide outstanding support to customers and sales teams by addressing inquiries via phone and email.
Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience, meet service level agreements, and minimize audit risk.
Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle operational customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Required skills:
Fluent communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken).
Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent telephone manners and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Advantages:
