German Speaking D365 Key User
The D365 Country Key User is the “go to” person for all questions and issues relating to Dynamics 365 Sales (D365), Experlogix, connected applications, and key sales and business processes. They will act as the intermediary between the country management, sales teams, Sales Operations, Sales Processes, and IT organizations. Ultimately, the role drives efficiency and productivity in the sales teams through system utilization and process improvement.
This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The key user will need to have expertise in D365, prior experience in a service or support role, and a strong understanding of business processes. The ability to present and deliver training to sales teams is essential.

Data Integrity Management Account Management & SupportContact Management & SupportActivity Management & SupportSales Opportunities Management & SupportSales Territory and Coverage Management & SupportQuote Management & SupportReports & Dashboard Creation & Management
Training and SupportPlan and deliver the initial and on-going training for the sales teamsCreate and maintain any country-specific training documentation requiredSupport users with “how to” questions and “it’s not working” issues Troubleshoot problems, diagnose issues and identify bugs and defectsCreate Cases or Tickets on behalf of a user or assist the user in creating a Case or TicketResolve system issues and provide initial response to the user or customer
User Adoption, Continuous Improvement and Change ManagementParticipate and assist in activities to drive user adoption of D365Solicit feedback from the sales teams, gather and submit new requirements for continuous improvementsWork with the geo key user to proactively provide feedback to the WW Sales Processes team Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as requiredProvide proactive communication to country management and sales teams about new D365 functionality, changes and known issuesClose the loop with users by communicating back to them the decisions or actions made upon their request
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
Experience in Sales Support, IT, Finance, or Sales
Experience in communication and teamwork within a multicultural environment
Be proactive in resolving issues and delivering business solutions
Analytical skills to capture business requirements and deliver relevant reporting
Ability to be a global team player, communicate and work well in a collaborative environment
Strong problem solving, critical thinking
Able to communicate both verbally and in writing with international contacts, various departments (sales, IT especially) and external customers
Advanced Excel skills required
CRM system knowledge such as Microsoft D365 or Salesforce
SAP experience is a preference
Excellent verbal and written English and German language knowledge required
