Pozíció leírása / Job description
As a Digital Sales Specialist, you'll manage existing SME and Public Sector clients with IoT agreements. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional account management, exceeding contractual commitments, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll build strong relationships, collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and drive results.
What you'll do:
- Achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Monitor and analyze monthly revenue and SIM activations against forecasts and commitments.
- Identify and secure additional projects with existing clients.
- Negotiate contract extensions and prevent revenue loss.
- Manage sales targets, budget, and resources within your region.
- Actively pursue new opportunities and cultivate new client relationships.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools to accurately track and manage sales opportunities.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- <1 year of experience, but fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- Strategic thinking and execution abilities.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
Advantages:
- Strong knowledge of the German IoT market and/or experience with SME and public sector clients.
- Proven success in B2B telecoms/IT sales (1+ years).
- Passion for M2M and its business potential.
- Service business experience.
- Eagerness to learn about IoT products and solutions for SME and public sector accounts.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in complex B2B environments.
