Main responsibilities:

Focus on transactional success for order entry and quality assurance.

Manage orders through various channels such as EDI, Esker, online platforms, and customer-specific systems.

Identify and implement process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, meet service level agreement targets, and minimize audit risk exposure.

Required skills:

Proficiency in English and German

Customer service experience within a fast-paced, corporate environment

Proficient in MS Offic

Excellent organizational skills and attention to deta
