Main responsibilities:

Preparing purchase orders and confirming acceptance by the supplier

Requesting quotations and comparing their conditions

Being in contact with German internal departments

Supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks

Checking if the requisitions are correct and complete

Required skills:

University/college degree

Experience preferably in a multinational environment ( in the field of customer service or logistics) but fresh grads are welcome as well

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in English and German is a must

Precise and accurate attitude
